It would be interesting if there were social experiments featuring female authority over men in major towns and cities around the world and guage the reactions of women and men very carefully. I have a feeling that the reactions would be vastly different among the young and old, of both sexes, and location would be a major factor regarding acceptance of public displays of "humiliation" of men by women. The young are more accepting of change than much older people and in countries where feminism is a big deal, with plenty of women in government & running large companies, public displays of female authority over men are more likely to be viewed as acceptable behaviour.
